Punimet gjeodezike jan\u00eb kryer n\u00eb kuad\u00ebr t\u00eb matjes nd\u00ebrkomb\u00ebtare t\u00eb Habsburg\u00ebve &#8220;International Arc Measurements-International Grodmessung&#8221; me q\u00ebllim nd\u00ebrtimin e nj\u00eb baz\u00eb gjeodezike t\u00eb p\u00ebrshtatshme p\u00ebr hart\u00ebzimin e territorit n\u00eb shkall\u00ebn 1:75 000 dhe 1: 200 000. Gjat\u00eb viteve 1871-I875, ekipet gjeodezike austriake t\u00eb cilave u jan\u00eb bashkuar ekipet osmane jan\u00eb angazhuar me matje gjeodezike t\u00eb kryera n\u00eb territoret aktuale t\u00eb Bosnj\u00eb-Hercegovin\u00ebs, Serbis\u00eb, Kosov\u00ebs, Rumanis\u00eb, Malit t\u00eb Zi, Shqip\u00ebris\u00eb, Maqedonis\u00eb, Bullgaris\u00eb dhe Greqis\u00eb. Gjithashtu u realizuan dhe disa vija nivelimi t\u00eb rendit t\u00eb dyt\u00eb sipas rrug\u00ebve automobilistike Vor\u00eb-Shkod\u00ebr-Puk\u00eb, Rrogozhin\u00eb-Elbasan dhe Lushnje-Berat.<\/p><p>-Pas vitit 1939 (gjat\u00eb luft\u00ebs s\u00eb dyt\u00eb bot\u00ebrore) , p\u00ebr krijimin e hartave topografike t\u00eb shkallave m\u00eb t\u00eb m\u00ebdha se 1:50 000 dhe t\u00eb planeve topografike t\u00eb zonave t\u00eb banuara, n\u00eb shkall\u00ebn 1:5 000, baza gjeodezike e nd\u00ebrtuar kaloi n\u00eb sistemin referenc\u266a7 koordinative rus 1942, t\u00eb bazuar n\u00eb t\u00eb dh\u00ebnat gjeodezike: <b><i>elipsoidi<\/i><\/b> <b><i>Krasovwsky<\/i><\/b><b><i>, zona e 4 <\/i><\/b><b><i>koordinative<\/i><\/b><b><i> 6\u00b0, me meridian <\/i><\/b><b><i>q\u00ebndror<\/i><\/b> <b><i>\u03bb0 = 21\u00b0.<br \/><\/i><\/b><\/p><p><b><i>\u00a0<\/i><\/b><\/p><\/div>\n\t\t\t\t<\/div>\n\t\t\t\t<\/div>\n\t\t\t\t<div class=\"elementor-element N\u00eb pikat fundore t\u00eb brinj\u00ebve fillestare dhe t\u00eb brinj\u00ebs s\u00eb hyrjes (Kam\u00ebz-Tapiz\u00eb) t\u00eb rrjetit t\u00eb rendit t\u00eb pare, jan\u00eb p\u00ebrcaktuar azimutet e Laplasit. Si pik\u00eb fillestare e rrjetit u p\u00ebrcaktua pika e re astronomike (N8814) n\u00eb Kam\u00ebz n\u00eb af\u00ebrsi t\u00eb Universitetit Bujq\u00ebsor, meq\u00ebn\u00ebse pika e m\u00ebpar\u00ebshme astronomike e Tiran\u00ebs, e p\u00ebrcaktuar nga Instituti Gjeografik Ushtarak i Firences, rezultonte e prishur.<\/li><li>Gabimi standart n\u00eb pikat e k\u00ebtij rrjeti nuk e kalon vler\u00ebn 12 cm.<\/li><li>Kuotat e pikave t\u00eb triangulacionit me lart\u00ebsi deri n\u00eb 500 m dhe pikave n\u00eb terrene me pjerr\u00ebsi jo t\u00eb madhe, u p\u00ebrftuan n\u00ebp\u00ebrmjet nivelimit gjeometrik shtet\u00ebror. Maj 2008 nga Insituti Gjeografik Ushtarak t\u00eb Shqip\u00ebris\u00eb (IGUS ) n\u00eb bashk\u00ebpunim me Institutitin Gjeografik Ushtarak t\u00eb Firenz\u00ebs (IGM) mund\u00ebsoi p\u00ebrcaktimin e parametrave transformues p\u00ebr kalimin nga referenca koordinative klasike ALB86 n\u00eb referenc\u00ebn evropiane ETRF2000(2008).\n<ul>\n \t<li>Gjat\u00eb k\u00ebsaj fushate u realizuan matjet GNSS n\u00eb 150 pikat t\u00eb ndara n\u00eb dy rrjeteve: Rrjeti Dinamik (RDN) i cili p\u00ebrb\u00ebhej nga 14 pika dhe Rrjeti Statik (RSN) i cili p\u00ebrb\u00ebhej nga 136 pika. Pikat e Rrjeti Statik (14) pasi u maten me marr\u00ebsa GNSS mbi 5 or\u00eb u p\u00ebrpunuan n\u00ebp\u00ebrmjet softuerit Bernese 5.0 duke u bazuar n\u00eb 7 stacione referenc\u00eb EPN (PADOVA, MEDICINA, NOTI etj.). Koordinatat e tyre u llogariten n\u00eb referenc\u00ebn nd\u00ebrkomb\u00ebtare ITRF2005(2008) dhe m\u00eb pas u transformuan n\u00eb referenc\u00ebn ETRF2000(2008). Pika e Rrjeti Statik (136) pasi u mat\u00ebn me marr\u00ebsa GNSS p\u00ebr 3 or\u00eb u p\u00ebrpunuan n\u00ebp\u00ebrmjet softuerit Trimble TGO duke u bazuar n\u00eb 14 pikat e rrjetit RDN.<\/li>\n \t<li>P\u00ebr transformimin n\u00eb plan nga 150 pika u p\u00ebrdor\u00ebn 90 pika t\u00eb p\u00ebrbashk\u00ebta n\u00eb ALB86 dhe ETRF2000 p\u00ebr percaktimin e 7 parametrave sipas metod\u00ebs Helmert, t\u00eb cilat mund\u00ebsojn\u00eb transformimet e koordinatave ALB86 dhe ETRF2000, n\u00ebp\u00ebrmjet softuerit ALBACO me sakt\u00ebsi 18 cm.
